Psalm 119 verses 164 – 165
Seven times a day I praise you
for your righteous laws.
Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.
These verses are a reminder of the importance of making time to praise God for His ways that are right and just.
We are in such a time of worldwide turmoil, that we need to be careful how we journey through what’s going on. Here the psalmist teaches us that if we hold on to and love God’s law, our footsteps will remain firm, even in an uncertain world. Surely that is indeed cause for us to give God the praise He deserves.
Dear Lord,
You are indeed worthy of praise and worship. Your law indeed keeps my feet on a firm foundation, and on the right path. Thank You. Amen.
